I am 57 years old and have been purposefully exercising since my early 20's. I don't like to do the same exercises every day, so I seek out classes that will be different and challenging. 
Jamie led an exercise class from April 2012-September 2013 which I attended. 
Each class was a little different, integrating a variety of exercises from free weights, running stairs, mat work to classes on stationary machines. These classes worked all parts of the body. 
When Jamie's schedule with school took her away, I truly missed the challenge and consistency of her classes.

I loved Jamie's classes. She made you work! She modified exercises based on my needs or goals. Also, it wasn't just like any other aerobics class. She often talked about nutrition and overall wellness during the workouts. Loved it!!!
