If you are reading this blog there is a 99.9% chance you have wanted to make a healthy change to your life. But lets get real...how daunting is that task? Are you suppose to work on your nutrition, develop an exercise routine, do both?
How do you even start on your nutrition when there are sooooo many diets out there? Keto? Low fat? Intermitting fasting?
What about working out? Do you need a gym membership? Lift weights? Cardio? Yoga?
Seriously, what is all this and how do you navigate through it?
Here's the cold hard truth...EVERYONE is different and needs different nutrition plans and exercise prescriptions. There is not a one size fits all for living a healthy life. Not to mention, no one has time for a complete 180 in their eating and physical activity habits. Lambda Wellness gets that!

A face to face and online hybrid of training is used that allows you to have freedom of when and where you work out and get the help with nutrition.
We also offer mental training which is perfect for those who catch themselves binge eating, low self esteem, and/or have no will power. There is hope, my friends!
